Born in Einsiedeln in 1993, AMSELSPITZ won over the taste buds of many gourmets in a short time and without much advertisement. Meanwhile it can be found in the refrigerators of many delis.
Nowadays the AMSELSPITZ is produced in the family business of Lisbeth and Fredy Niederberger in Buttikon SZ - made by hand and with much love.
Daily fresh fruit - without additives
The seasonal fruits come from farmers who know how a ripe fruit has to taste. Many ingredients are prepared fresh daily. That way, no preservatives and artificial flavours are needed.
This is of benefit to the taste - but as true fresh product, AMSELSPITZ yoghurt should be eaten within a few days after purchase.
