The pasta from Molino e Pastificio in Poschiavo is fantastic.
The company was founded in 1911 and has a history marked with experience in trade, culture, hospitality and craftsmanship. Since the railway was built over the Bernina pass at the beginning of the 20th century, it is possible to enjoy this great pasta also in Switzerland.
Only natural ingredients...
...are used in the production process and the pasta is still being dried in the fresh mountain air in the mills' attic.
